Overview

As a freelance UX/UI designer, I collaborated with GuruPay, a rapidly growing fintech company offering banking and payment solutions for businesses across Europe. My responsibility was to redesign the entire bank self-service platform, introducing a modern experience that helps clients easily manage payments, accounts, and daily financial operations. The goal was to build a clean, intuitive interface that supports both individual users and high-volume business customers.

Problems

GuruPay’s existing self-service environment lacked clarity, efficiency, and seamless user flows for essential banking tasks. Clients struggled with complex payment steps, unclear system feedback, limited visibility of account actions, and inefficient bulk-payment processes. These gaps created friction and lowered satisfaction, especially for business users who needed speed, accuracy, and control over financial operations. The challenge was to rethink the entire experience from the ground up, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and high usability across all key operations.

Solutions

I designed a new end-to-end UX/UI solution that simplified every interaction within the GuruPay banking platform. This included fully re-architecting the navigation structure, streamlining all payment flows, introducing frictionless bulk-payment tools, and ensuring that users could quickly manage transactions, track statuses, and perform daily operations without confusion. I created a modern interface with a consistent component library, improved data visibility, clear action hierarchies, and a responsive layout that works flawlessly across devices. The result is a self-service platform that delivers a smooth, efficient, and satisfying banking experience for all GuruPay clients.
