Overview

The objective of this project was to design a conversion-optimized landing page that clearly communicates the product's value while guiding users from awareness to purchase.

The device combines heat therapy, massage technology, and ergonomic design to help people suffering from lower back pain. However, the challenge was presenting these benefits in a way that is simple, trustworthy, and compelling.

My role included:

• UX strategy and landing page structure
• UI design and visual hierarchy
• Conversion-focused content layout
• Product storytelling and feature explanation
• Trust-building sections (reviews, results, FAQs)

The final landing page was designed to reduce cognitive load, highlight product benefits quickly, and support confident purchase decisions.

Problems

1. Complex product value

The product includes multiple technologies and benefits, which can overwhelm users if not presented clearly.

2. Low trust in health devices

Customers often hesitate to purchase wellness gadgets online due to skepticism about effectiveness.

3. Feature-heavy messaging

Early product descriptions focused too much on technical features instead of real user outcomes.

4. Lack of emotional connection

Back pain is a real daily struggle, but the messaging did not strongly connect with users' experiences.

5. Weak purchase momentum

Without a clear narrative and persuasive structure, users could lose interest before reaching the purchase section.

Solutions

Clear hero section
Designed a strong above-the-fold layout with a clear value proposition, product visual, and key benefits to immediately communicate the product’s purpose.

Benefit-oriented content blocks
Structured sections to highlight user benefits instead of technical features, making the product easier to understand for first-time visitors.

Conversion-focused page structure
Created a logical landing page flow guiding users from problem awareness → product solution → features → trust signals → purchase CTA.

Strong visual hierarchy
Used large product imagery, clear typography, and well-separated sections to improve readability and help users quickly scan the page.

Trust-building UI elements
Integrated testimonials, performance statistics, and FAQ sections to increase credibility and reduce hesitation before purchase.

Product interaction presentation
Designed visual demonstrations showing how the device and remote control work, helping users quickly understand the product functionality.
